Philippa is a key member of our Lettings team, undertaking various responsibilities, including ensuring our landlords are satisfied, property sourcing, project management, and facilitating communication between our network of contractors. Her dedication ensures that your homes are prepared for occupancy, and any property issues are promptly and efficiently addressed with minimal disruption. Bringing a wealth of experience in customer services from her previous role at a large multinational company, Philippa excels in her demanding position. Balancing her professional life, she is a devoted mother to her two growing children, supported by her husband, who is a talented painter and decorator. Philippa joined Hindhead Property in 2013 after returning to England from an eight-year stay in Spain. Fluent in Spanish, her bilingual skills add a valuable dimension to the office. In her leisure time, Philippa enjoys moments with her children, playing on the beach, walking her dog, and hosting lively gatherings. Philippa originally joined the Hindhead team in 2016 to provide holiday cover just before embarking on her Law degree at Plymouth University. Currently, Philippa is at the helm of the accounts and admin team, diligently managing various tasks from ensuring precision in details to handling client queries in both sales and lettings. Beyond her role in dotting the i's and crossing the t's, Philippa is a versatile contributor to Hindhead's office dynamics. Outside of office hours, Philippa finds joy in spending quality time with her family and friends, relishing good food, and indulging in the art of baking. However, nothing brings her more happiness than reading bedtime stories to her two young daughters. Junior Sales & Lettings Negotiator

Amala joined our team in 2024 as a trainee with a strong foundation and passion for the property industry. After completing her A-levels, she gained valuable experience working as an administrator in property management, building key skills in trust, knowledge, and attention to detail. Amala earned her Level 2 Estate Agent qualification and has since advanced to Junior Sales & Lettings Negotiator while working towards her MARLA qualification. Her strong work ethic and friendly demeanor allow her to connect with clients, ensuring a positive experience whether they are buying, renting, or selling. She is committed to supporting clients throughout their property journey and is on track to becoming a trusted professional in the industry. Outside the office, Amala enjoys spending time with the people she loves and likes to get her steps in with a good walk.
